We understand that plans change — here's how we handle it.
Should inclement weather postpone or delay your function, we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your event. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of your scheduled event setup time.
At Capitol Tee we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Just let us know if you would like to reschedule your event. You may choose to have us hold your deposit for use at a later date. In this case a rain check will be issued. Rain checks are good for 1 year from the scheduled date of your event.
NOTE: Capitol Tee reserves the right to cancel any delivery due to inclement weather (rain, winds exceeding 25 mph, or temperatures below 45° F). In these cases a full refund of your deposit will be issued.
